I published a new article. At the heart of this article is a simple but powerful idea. The idea is the concept of making hard decisions once. Sometimes we find ourselves having to make the same decisions over and over. For me, nutrition is the best example. We are always having to decide what to eat. It’s so easy to eat the wrong foods; foods that we know we don’t really want to eat. When the same decision comes up repeatedly, I try to ask myself if I can systematize the decision to avoid having to make it time and again. In the case of nutrition, creating a good food environment is the method that helps me make good nutrition decisions consistently.
